Turn a public Spotify episode link into usable text. Verbafy accepts canonical episode URLs on `open.spotify.com/episode/...`.

## Convert a Spotify episode to text

1. Copy a public Spotify episode link.
2. Paste it in [the app](/app).
3. Wait for the Transcript.
4. Play the audio with clickable timestamps, then export the files you need.

## Which Spotify links work

Verbafy accepts canonical Spotify episode links. It does not browse shows, accept Spotify playlists, or accept arbitrary RSS URLs. Resolution can fail if the matching public RSS episode cannot be found confidently.

## Speaker-separated podcast transcripts

Verbafy separates speakers and infers names when they are identifiable. Names can remain generic. Crosstalk can cause errors.

## Clickable timestamps and audio playback

The Transcript plays the episode from signed audio with clickable timestamps. This is not a full audio editor.

## Summary and cited Chat

Overview and key points can follow the Transcript. Summary generation can soft-fail. Cited Chat waits for indexing. Full Library Search is **SOON**.

## Transcript export formats

Download TXT, Markdown, JSON, SRT, VTT, or ZIP. There is no direct show-notes publisher.

## Free and paid limits

The Free Plan includes 60 transcribed minutes each UTC week. See [pricing](/pricing) for paid allotments.

## Accuracy

Transcripts land at about 96.8% Benchmark Word Accuracy on an independent STT test (3.2% WER). That is evidence, not a guarantee for every file. Details: [How to evaluate transcription accuracy claims](/blog/how-to-evaluate-transcription-accuracy-claims).

## Can I paste a Spotify show URL?

No. Use a canonical episode link. Show pages, playlists, and Apple Podcasts URLs are not supported.
