Email [support@verbafy.io](mailto:support@verbafy.io) for product, billing, and API questions. Verbafy does not publish a support telephone number or a street address. The product is operated at `https://verbafy.io`.

Use these public channels:

- Human support: [support@verbafy.io](mailto:support@verbafy.io)
- Product questions: open the app at `/app` after you create a Guest session or sign in. Settings and billing stay in the product.
- Agent and API questions: read [API docs](/docs) and the [OpenAPI spec](/openapi.json).

Registered identity uses Clerk. Guest sessions use the `verbafy_guest_session` cookie. Do not send passwords or session tokens by email.

Use `support@verbafy.io` for product bugs, account questions, bills, and private transcripts.
